Practical info from A to Z
Access control
You can only pass through the barrier with a license plate known to us. Your visitors can park in the visitor parking lot "Boomgaard" (near the two welcome flags). Parking spaces near the barriers are exclusively for suppliers and visitors to the reception area. In these short parking lots, cars will be removed after 30 minutes at the owner's expense.
Beds
Beds are equipped with comforters and pillows. It is mandatory to use bottom sheets, pillowcases and comforter covers for each bed used. Linens and towels can be rented at the front desk.
Defects
Please report any defects, loss or damage during your stay to reception as soon as possible.
Gateway to the Soesterduinen
40 metres behind the sports field you will find the gate to the Soesterduinen. Please make sure that this gate is locked again after use. If you want to access the park again through this gate, please use your door code followed by #.
Grass
Please do not drive on the grass due to the sprinkler system. We will have to charge for the cost of repair in case of violation.
Guests
If you receive visitors who stay overnight, we are obliged to enter the name in the night register. You can send us the name in a message via this app.
Heating
Most accommodations are equipped with a system that can control the temperature. For example, the heating will turn off if an outside door or window is open for more than 3 minutes and the temperature will go to a lower temperature if there is no movement in the living room. You can have this system turned off by reception if you do not want to use it.
Internet
You have free Wi-Fi access in your accommodation. The access point in your home/apartment will allow you to connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi as well as wired. If you use Outlook, you must set smtp.ziggo.nl as the outgoing server.
Laundry
To use the washing machine you must have a pass. Ask for this at reception. After holding your pass in front of the pass reader, press the round button to select the desired temperature. The cost per wash is €3. You can activate the dryer for 10 minutes by holding your pass in front of the pass reader, on the wall opposite the dryer, and pressing the green switch on the dryer. You can extend the drying time by 10 minutes by doing this again. Cost for 10 minutes of drying time is €0.50.
Letterbox
You have your own mailbox to the left of the reception door. Mail is picked out and placed in your mailbox with the name of your accommodation. Packages can be picked up at reception during business hours.
Long stay without end date
For long stays, you must give your end date 4 weeks in advance. If you fail to do so, we are forced to charge you for the period up to 4 weeks. For long stays, an intermediate check may take place. Please ensure that the accommodation is kept tidy.
Pets
More and more parks are banning pets due to the potential for damage and nuisance. We tolerate pets in certain houses but have strict requirements. For more information: see the park rules. At the park, your dog must be kept on a leash. You must clean up after your pet on the property yourself. Should your cat be allowed outside, it must wear a cat bell because of the possible hunting of squirrels and birds.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the accommodations. The cost of cleaning curtains pillows and comforters will be charged for violation.
Television
Your accommodation has a digital LED TV with standard Ziggo channels, supplemented by cable news (985) and camera channel (986). You cannot change these set channels yourself.
Windows
Mohawk, Toronto and Ontario: the window opens on one side, if you have the handle horizontal. If you push the lever upward you can tilt the window to a ventilation position at the top. You lock the window by turning the lever vertically downward.
